For Seminars, Talks, Workshops, Product’s Presentations, etc… to allow individuals or organizations to tab on our resources to reach out to the public at large and ultimately, to excel in their fields or to gain success in their products.
Our rooms, arranged in Classroom for rental, are periodically accommodating groups providing tutorials, revisions, workshops for primary, secondary and pre-universities students.
There are 4 Training rooms for rent in our centre to cater for different needs. Our training rooms at the Beach Road/Bugis /Rochor areas, is only minutes to Bras Basah Circle line, Bugis & City Hall’s MRT and the Downtown lines.
FREE usage of Training Equipments – Overhead projector, Mini Sound System / Active Speakers, Flip chart Board (with 5 pieces of paper), whiteboard, markers (x 3, black, blue & red) and Wireless Wi-Fi Broadband Internet access. We also provide photocopy service (@ 10 cents per piece).
As we are located in the same Complex of POP centre, Artwork & many printing shops, convenient & provision shops are just a stone throw away if you needs to buy some material urgently or needs the services.
There are also UOB ATMs lobby in the Complex & OCBC ATM and payment machines.

Note:
i) Half day : 9am to 12pm or 2pm to 5pm, Full day: 9am to 5pm, Evening: 7pm to 10pm.
ii) A complimentary half hour for setting up and also for closing will be given.
iii) Exceeding the complimentary half hour will charge on pro-rate of the booking.
iv) Other form of arrangement are most welcome.

Our Refund Policy :-
a) equal to or less than 21 days and more than 7 days notice –
– 90% refund for cancellation
– 10% charge for postponement + $10/-admin fee
b) equal to or less than 7 days and more than 3 days notice-
-50% refund for cancellation
-50% charge for postponement + $10/- admin fee
c) 3 days or less- no refund.
